Sadly but unfortunately true, due to health reasons, The PatchFactory is closing completely. We have long considered whether we could continue in some form, but unfortunately this business can no longer be continued.

All rights to the iron-on pictures have been transferred to our partner NyåkerDesign.

It is unlikely that we will be able to continue in the same form as before.

What happens to the customer data

You will be able to continue to visit this store for an indefinite period of time, all iron-on designs and new designs will be automatically offered here as a download version for DIY cut plotting.

For all our customers, including those from Etsy from the stores “deraufbuegler” and “The PatchFactorySe” and of course those who were / are registered as customers in our store, we provide the possibility to download all invoices, including those from Etsy, in the customer portal. Please log in with your Etsy e-mail address and have a new password sent to you if necessary.

This store is mainly operated as a download store. All inquiries you make, via the contact form or by mail, will be answered by our partner NyåkerDesign.
